Course catalogue and bookings
Publish scheduled and recurring courses. Learners request a place, managers approve it, and full courses keep a waitlist. Learners can ask to change dates.

Check each course date against its minimum numbers, instructors and booked resources, and record a decision when a course runs below its minimum.
Course attendance
Mark attendance on a scheduled course. Attending can complete linked e-learning requirements and add evidence for practical ones, ready for verification.
Practical assessments
Assess against a rubric with per-criterion scores, an assessment team and a frozen report once complete. Results can be exported to CSV.
Knowledge checks
Add a quiz to an e-learning requirement, with multiple choice, fill the gaps, put in order and match pairs questions, pictures, a pass mark and an attempt limit. Marking happens on the server.

Send completions from an external learning system through the integration API, matched to requirements by code.

A people-by-requirements view of your team, downloadable as CSV.
Certificates
Download a PDF certificate for a completed programme while every requirement is in date. Learners and their managers can download it.
